MUSCLE MATRIX — REFUND POLICY

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Payment is processed via Stripe.

1:1 Coaching Packages
All coaching packages require a signed Coaching Service Agreement. Refund terms are governed by that signed agreement. In summary: the Introductory Package ($150) is non-refundable once programming has been delivered. Premium Monthly coaching is non-refundable for the current paid month once the month has begun. Fixed-term packages (3-month and 4-month) are subject to the early cancellation terms in the signed agreement — the remaining balance becomes due upon early cancellation and no refunds are issued for months already paid.

Standalone Services
All standalone service purchases are final once delivery has commenced. Custom training programs are non-refundable once the program has been built and sent. Virtual coaching sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place. Form feedback video analysis is non-refundable once written feedback has been provided. If you wish to cancel before delivery has begun, contact info@musclematrix.ca within 24 hours of purchase and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Exceptional Circumstances
If Muscle Matrix is unable to deliver a purchased service due to circumstances on our end, a full refund will be issued within 14 days. Medical emergencies and extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis — please reach out directly and we will work with you.

How to Request a Refund
Email info@musclematrix.ca with your full name, the service purchased, date of purchase, and reason for your request. We will respond within 2 business days.

Currency & Tax
All amounts are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). HST is not currently collected as Muscle Matrix revenue is below the CRA small supplier threshold.
